Who can refer someone?
Anyone. Current DLC clients, friends, colleagues, business contacts, if you know a business that could use stronger IT or cybersecurity support, we'd love the introduction. And it's not just IT and cybersecurity, we also help businesses with AI governance, integration, and customized technology solutions, so the door is open wider than you might think.
When do I actually get paid?
Your $100 reward is issued after your referral completes their 15-minute call with Darren. If they go on to become a DLC client, your $500 reward is issued once their service agreement is signed.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No. Refer as many businesses as you'd like, there's no cap on total rewards.
Can I choose the charity option for one referral and the gift card for another?
Yes. The choice is yours each time a reward is earned.
Does my referral need to be in a specific industry?
No, though we have deep experience with healthcare and legal organizations in particular. Any business in the South Jersey area looking for a stronger IT and security partner, or help with AI governance, integration, or a customized technology solution, is a good fit.

The details that make this program fair for everyone.
- Referral rewards may be changed or cancelled at any time. DLC Technology reserves the right to limit the number of referral rewards issued.
- Referrals deemed low quality by DLC (including but not limited to uninterested referrals, a referrer with a history of low quality referrals, referrals who don't participate on the discovery call or leave before the 15-minute mark, referrals with no intention of engaging, or other indications of deliberate manipulation) may not be eligible for rewards.
- If multiple referrals are submitted for the same prospective customer, the first one submitted will receive the reward.
- You may not refer yourself or your own company.
- Referral rewards are open to anyone except those who cannot legally accept such rewards.
- All referrals must be submitted using the web form on this page to be eligible for rewards.
- If issuing a reward would violate any applicable terms, policies, laws, or other requirements, no reward will be issued and the incentive is rendered void.
- Rewards are intended as a thank-you for taking the time to introduce us to someone who may need our services. They are not intended as an enticement, solicitation, or bribe to win contracts, agreements, or bids, and should never be interpreted as such. If there is any ambiguity on this point, the reward in question is rendered void.
- Referral rewards may be subject to applicable taxes, and a 1099 may be issued in accordance with current or future law. No taxes are withheld from any reward.
- A completed W-9 may be required from the referrer prior to issuance of a reward.
