As the head of our Solutions Architecture Group, Jim Sutton brings visionary and tactical expertise to our customers, offering strategic technology solution design, project management, and account leadership. With over 25 years of professional and managerial experience, Jim has cultivated a holistic perspective through hands-on involvement in all levels of Information Technology.
Jim’s extensive background includes holding multiple Director of Information Systems positions within large, multi-state organizations, along with years of experience in network administration. Having operated in diverse settings, spanning healthcare, commercial, and government sectors, Jim has honed his skills in both day-to-day operations and project management. His adaptable nature and ability to grasp new technologies have led to a proven track record in overcoming operational and technological challenges encountered by businesses of varying sizes.
A Rutgers University graduate, Jim holds several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MSCA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), and various credentials from Watchguard, Axcient, Sophos, and Datto.
