DLC offers compliance assistance as an add-on to our compliance tool offerings. This assistance can be utilized by customers wishing to perform their own compliance and/or policy build, but desire ongoing assistance from a DLC vCIO or compliance consultant. The intention of this program is to make the consultant available to the customer throughout the year as needed to help keep the compliance program on track. It is not intended to replace one-time projects or to provide a turn-key compliance program implementation.
In general this assistance is offered on a monthly basis in terms of one or more years. Please see your proposal for details.
Below is the anticipated meeting schedule for the consultant. Note that “year one” and “year 2+” schedules are outlined, as typically when starting a new program additional work is required in the first year. The customer is in control of which meeting schedule is used. It is also assumed that the consultant is not burdened with any follow up activities outside of this schedule. Should additional assistance be required it will be chargeable separately at then current hourly project rates.
Year One Schedule
Months 1 - 6:
One 60 minute meeting / work session per week
Months 7-12:
One 60 minute meeting / work session per month
Year Two+ Schedule
Months 1 - 12:
Two 60 minute meeting / work sessions per month (may be combined into a single 2 hour meeting)
