The average DLC employee has over fifteen years of Enterprise IT experience. We hire accomplished staff with at least 5 years of ‘real’ corporate IT experience. (Time worked at a retail store in a brightly colored polo shirt doesn’t count.)  Our team continually works to improve their skills by attending regular training and certification classes, which is fully funded by the company.
