Jim is a Management Consultant in our Technology Group, providing project management, technology design and account leadership to our customers. With over 20 years of professional and managerial experience, Jim has developed a holistic perspective learned through real-world experience at all levels of Information Technology.

David provides DLC’s customers service excellence through the creative use of his ever-expanding base of knowledge. With over ten years of experience in the technology field, David has supported a variety of environments including education, government, legal, consulting, and healthcare. This has given him unique experience working in high-security IT environments.
Beyond customer support, David also provides network and server support and installation. In addition, he has experience developing custom SQL applications and websites to meet customers emergent needs. An avid learner, David accepts any technical challenge and delivers quality results.
David earned an Associate of Arts degree from Camden County College. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and has achieved CompTIA Network+ Certification.
Bill has been providing Network Engineering services for the past 12 years in a variety of industries spanning manufacturing, legal and staffing. Previous to his career in IT, Bill worked in environmental consulting as a Project Manager for key initiatives.
Beyond the network, Bill excels at providing end-user support as well as application implementation solutions. He successfully implemented an ERP System to integrate a manufacturer’s accounting, production and procurement systems into one unified platform. Bill’s wide range of technology environments and applications gives him a valuable, holistic perspective.

Karl has been immersed in the world of high-tech for over 20 years. With a love of computers, he approaches every project with expertise and vigor, never stopping until the job is completed with a high degree of attention to detail. Karl has worked extensively in the Pharmaceutical industry, both as a network specialist and also as a software validator for interactive voice response systems used in drug trials. His experience includes 21 CFR Part 11 certification. He has also worked in the retail world as a corporate home office LAN administrator/desktop support professional. His experience includes networks of as few as 5 users to multinational networks consisting of over 5,000 users.
Karl earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking from Mercer County Community College in 1998. While earning his degree, he honed his writing skills in specialized classes focusing on both technical and creative literature. He takes great pride in bridging the gap between non-technical audiences and the IT community realizing that to truly utilize the potential of any technology the user must understand the workings and possibilities of that technology.
